Every institution listed here is reachable by phone, email or website. Anything with
no contact of any kind was removed outright, along with franchises tied to a competitor and
off-target verticals (salon, culinary, automotive, music).
Coverage is complete. All 12,934 private LKPs in the Kemendikdasmen registry, across
every province, have been scanned and name-classified. Contact details were then pulled for
every on-target candidate. Java holds the bulk of the opportunity: Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur,
Jawa Tengah and DKI Jakarta account for roughly 60% of all prospects.
What the score rewards
- Audience over curriculum. An institution whose learners are students or
career-track adults is a CPNS audience whatever it teaches today.
- Already sells civil-service prep (+35) · is a bimbel (+22) ·
serves a career/professional cohort (+18) · runs a computer lab (+16)
- Reachability and digital capability: website, own email domain, phone and email
- Light penalty for degree-granting institutions and chains with their own curriculum
— a subscription add-on does not clash with their programme the way a franchise would
Bands
- 55+ strong · 40–54 good · 28–39 worth a call
· under 28 long tail
- Hover any score to see its reasoning. Treat it as a ranking guide, not a gate.
Before you send
- Contacts have been cleaned. 19 misspelled provider domains were corrected
(
gmai.com, gmail.coom, gmal.com, yahoo.c0m
→ the real domain). Only unambiguous single-provider typos were fixed; anything
ambiguous was flagged rather than guessed.
- 36 phone numbers were junk or undialable — 6 held a person’s name or
“Tidak ada” and were cleared, 30 lack an area code and are struck through.
7 fields held several numbers; the first is kept.
- 52 website entries were wrong. 8 were free-mail domains mistaken for company
sites; 44 more did not respond when tested and are struck through. Only 96 websites are
confirmed live.
- Only 25 phone numbers are mobile. The rest are landlines, so WhatsApp will not
reach them. Filter by “WhatsApp-able” to see the ones it does.
- 30 records share 14 inboxes — same operator, multiple branches. Use
“One per shared inbox” so you do not send the same pitch twice.
Caveats
- Segments are inferred from institution names and email addresses — the registry’s
own vertical field is empty for every record. Treat as a first pass.
- Scores below 40 lean on name-based inference, so expect a lower hit rate there.
- ★ marks a recognisable operator or a direct civil-service-prep signal.
